Many thx to CarolinaCardinals for this beer!
A - Deep raison burgundy colored pour with thin, soapy light caramel colored lacing and low carbonation.
S - Some dark fruit, lightly toasted toffee, delicate Bourbon, and an alcohol presence.
T - Mellow caramel/toffee malt base, vanilla, sweet cocoa, some orange, toasted brown sugar, and Bourbon that ends on the sweeter side with a small amount of heat.
M - Light syrupy body with carbonation that dissipates quick, leaves a light syrupy residue on the lips, and light warming in the back of the throat.
O - This is a fantastic beer that's hitting it right now at less than a year old, couldn't imagine what this would taste like with a year or two (or more) on it.
