American Bitter Ale
The world does not ask if we are ready. Making a feast of the unprepared. Survival is not a stroke of fortune. But rather a persistence to carve a path forward. Not around. Not away. But through. To MANIFEST ETERNITY. A collaboration with Wooden Robot Brewery and Cellarest Beer Project to session throughout our annual Primavera Party in Charlotte. Mashed with Riverbend's Munich, Golden Wheat, and Chit Malt. Moderately hopped with Adeena and HBC 1134.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of fluffy foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of bready malt, toffee and caramel. Sweet bready malt, toffee, caramel and a mild bitterness.

Look: It pours amber with some clouding. It has an off white head with very good head retention.
Smell: It has some bready aromas with a touch of herbal tea.
Taste: It has bready flavors with herbal elements that resemble tea.
Feel: It has a medium light body with the beer seemingly being a bit thin.
Overall: It is an easy drinking session beer.

Pours a hazy amber color with a very foamy head. Not much aroma. Some sourdough notes. Flavor is very light with some bitterness. Very thin mouthfeel with light carbonation. Overall, I was hoping for a little more from this, but it’s a decent version of a bitter ale.
