Really refreshing and curious flavor. It’s not quite a Lager nor is it a Hefeweizen. Bright slightly hazy straw color. Very little aroma. Crisp, earthy flavor with a dry lemony zest finish. My first Zwickelbier and I quite enjoyed it!

Haven't had a kellerbier/zwickelbier in a hot minute. This one is the latter. Pours a pale, almost opaque straw color. The head is thick on this beast, a pristine white, and it retains well. Smells like, well... skipping the "beer" part, it's very crisp and clean. I was thinking corn at first, but it's probably grain. There is a lemony and spicy note. Taste is pretty similar. It's very clean with a noticeable lemon quality. There is a touch of spice. Obviously, it's a light-bodied beer, but with a sweet aftertaste.
