Anywhere but in the middle. All the way at different ends. That is where we find each other. A celebration of things big and small with our Plaza Midwood neighbors at Pilot Brewing. Our biggest ever West Coast styling. Mashed with barley and fonio. Triple dry-hopped with Krush, Mosaic, Nelson and Vic Secret Liquid Lupulin.

Picked up a four-pack at the South Sope location cooler 9-17-25 for $23.00. Canned 10 AUG 2025; consumed 9-21-25.
Beer poured clear gold with a fizzy weak head.
Nose is very nice, getting notes of tropical fruits and floral hops.
Taste is a large pale malt base in which i get some white wine, gooseberry, mango, and grapefruit. Finishes with a gooseberry and pine bitterness; 7/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and pretty smooth.
Overall i like the hop combo and the bitterness, glad i gave this a shot!

Purchased directly from the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy bright amber color. Very thin dissipating head. Resin pine aroma with a background of bread. Sharp bitterness upfront with grapefruit, pine, and tart citrus. Moderate mouthfeel with very light carbonation. Overall, a very good version of a WCIPA.
