Picked up a single at the Burial South Slope cooler on 11-20-25 for $6.00. Smeared can date - guess is around mid-November; consumed 1-2-26. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured hazy golden orange with an okay white head that faded quickly.
Nose is pungent fruity hops with notes of floral hops mixed in.
Taste is a medium pale malt base in which i am getting a lovely fruit bowl hopping including orange, papaya, and white grapes. Finishes with a gooseberry bitterness that balances the sweetness but lets me know this is a DIPA; 6/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with a soft finish.
Overall, this colab beer is really well done, nice choice of hops!
