Picked up a single at the Burial South Slope cooler on 11-20-25 for $5.00. Canned 14 NOV 2025; consumed 12-31-25. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured clear gold with a pretty good white head with the original pour.
Nose initially burst with fresh floral and fruity hops. As it warms i am getting onion primarily and some fruitiness.
Taste is a light pale malt base in which i get some light peach, grapefruit, and passionfruit. As i sip on getting some woody onion in post sip aspirations. Finishes with a touch of pine balancing bitterness leaning more bitter than balanced; 6/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and very refreshing.
Overall, the nectaron onion flavor and aroma strikes my senses again. I find it more offensive than not when used by brewers.

Appearance: Pours a somewhat cloudy golden color with a three finger head; strong retention with clumps of lacing
Smell: Dank and piney with a white wine grape element
Taste: West Coast bitterness from the get-go, with undertones of white wine grape; increasingly piney, through the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: Burial has produced a top quality West Coaster with an interesting twist from using Nelson in the hop bill
