I am really disappointed with Burial Beer with this particular IPA, it is too expensive to be just AVERAGE.

A - Pours a hazy golden orange with sturdy one finger head. Heavy amount of soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is big dank hops, lime and some faint tangerine.
T - The taste is unripe peach, grapefruit, lime, tart strawberry and dank hops.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a soft dry finish.
O - Soldi. Super crushable for being 7.2%.

Dated 02/18/26 ELYSIAN FIELDS FOREVER, into a Xul becher pint.
Pours a murky dark orange with a ring of white foam. Aroma is incredibly dank, a little bitter, with some lime juice and a ton of lime zest. Flavor is pretty standard, some pineapple, a little orange, but really a ton of lime and rather dank. I wouldn't say bitter or dry, but it's a lot less juicy than I expected. There's a little strawberry too which is very welcome, as well as some light sweet malt notes. It finishes a little dry but not too much. Body is good, appropriately thick and rather nice. Extremely smooth and easy to drink as well, and there's no booze or off notes.
Overall, just a good hazy from Burial. Pretty balanced, a little less juicy, but still really great with a ton of hop flavor.
