Certainty is a luxury. One which we've never truly owned. Hours lived with knuckles white and eyes dilated. There is a clarity that arrives when comfort is stripped thin. When the margin for error narrows to a breath. Mashed with wheat and oats. Whirpooled with Amarillo Cryo, Dolcita, and Citra Incognito. Double dry-hopped with Cashmere, Citra, Dolcita, and another helping of Amarillo Cryo.

A - Pours a hazy orange with sturdy two finger white head. Heavy amount of soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is lemon, lime, peach skin and resinous hops.
T - The taste is candied orange, sweet peaches, lemon/lime candy and nice bitter hop bite.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a soft dry finish.
O - This is really good. Nice balance of sweet and bitter.
