On draft, pours a light reddish brown, with still carbonation, a little bit of a wispy head.
The smell is honey and vanilla, mixed with nuts. Yup, this smells like Baklava should smell if it had alot of honey in it. There is a little rotten fruit smell that I can't put my finger on. The taste is very sweet, lots of honey, a little spice, and vanilla.
The honey makes this a little syrupy on the mouthfeel as it coats your throat with a film. This is ok, I get what they are going for, but its a bit too sweet honey for me.

On tap at the Buddha's anniversary party. Served in a stupid small plastic cup.
Appearance - Very murky. Pond water orange brown body. Small white head. Eventually just a collar.
Smell - Lots of honey. Lots of vanilla. Cinnamon. Very sweet smelling. I don't get the advertised walnuts.
Taste - Very sweet again. A little nutty. Honey and light fruits. Spices in the back end. Vanilla throughout.
Mouthfeel - Medium carbonation. Hefty beer. Very sweet.
Overall - Hard to pull off of a good braggot. This is good, but mostly because of the vanilla.
