A: Light brown with an amber tinge, filtered, no carbonation, 1 finger of beige head. Nice lacing.
S: Toasted malt with a light peat smokiness. Its very malt forward with a hint of dried grass.
T: Toasted malt with a hickory BBQ smokiness, light bitterness, BBQ sauce and a little sweetness.
M: Medium chewy body, medium high for what I'm used to with the style, with fine bubbled carbonation.
O: Well done cold weather beer for a brewery in such a hot climate. Drank at the Oakland Brew Pub.
