4 oz pour on tap
A: very good clarity light gold in color again no head but small pours
S: wet hay a little lemon some funkiness
T: malty with a hop twist a little lemon some of that wet hay has a very salty almost brininess to the finish bit then the yeast washes it away into some bread flavors
M: lighter very clean approachable
O: I'm not sure I get the oysters but it's a pretty tasty saison the briny taste you Chase on your palate might be the oysters but I would have thought the beer would have had either a more salty quality or fishy taste that it does not.

From a growler, pours a clear gold color with off white head. The head is full, fluffy with good retention. This is a pretty good looking beer.
The smell is yeast, pepper, earthy minerals, orange and tropical fruit. The flavor is similar more citrus and fruit, some gum, sugar, minerals. The bitterness is mild, simple finish.
Overall, this is a fun one to try, pretty good.

Clear amber with a decent head and some lacing.
Saison dominates the aroma with only a trace of oysters, but there's a tad more briny flavor. Perhaps a bit too much saltiness. Otherwise, pretty well balanced and nicely complex.
Lightly tart with mild bitterness.
