On tap at the Lounge. Served in a snifter.
Appearance - Reddish brown with a decent khaki head. Lasts a while with a nice collar.
Smell - Apple-y aroma. Caramel. A cidery acidity.
Taste - Belgian yeasty flavor. Apples again. Caramel. Oaky, maybe. Mild sourness.
Mouthfeel - Medium body. Medium carbonation. Not too sour.
Overall - I had a Rodenbach last night, so this paled a bit.
