On tap at Belmont Station.
A mildly hazy light orange with a dense, white head that falls off leaving little lacing, this looks solid. The nose is delicate and deep with syrah, lactic notes, earthy funk that pairs well with the deep, broody fruit notes of the syrah. Orange blossom honey, mild acetic notes. Spruce is hidden by the syrah here. Nice. The palate opens sour and vinous. Pronounced lactic and acetic sourness with a blend of cherry, dark grape skins, mildly jammy with some cooked fruit. The mid palate has a spicy funk with clove and spruce. Nice. Sour on the finish with a mildly solvent like wine note. Medium in body and moderately carbonated with lingering acetic notes on the finish. Solid.
