This epitomizes the idea of a farmhouse ale in my opinion. It's constantly changing with the seasons as the yeasts transform and morph into something different everytime. I find myself getting a farmhouse ale everytime I stop in the pub just to see what it has become for this newest batch. Always intensely flavorful. Sometimes dry and crisp, sometimes big and sweet. Sometimes darker to lighter. Always evolving.

Farmhouse ale pours a hazy golden color with a large lacing and long lasting head. There is a sour and yeasty aroma, however its more offensive then pleasant. The taste however has a nice refreshing fruity flavor, specifically light hints of banana, with hints of pepper, mixed in with a enjoyable yeasty like flavor. Nice strong flavors, good body. Overall a very enjoyable and well crafted saison.
