A - a 10 oz pour shows a golden color with a nice rich white head. As the head shrinks a nice even coating of lace is left around the glass.
S - The chia rules this area. Some citrus but the spices are at work here.
T - The pepper of the farmhouse style is forward a bit but I also get citrus and the spice Mic comes up as well. I know I have tasted them before but I just can seem to identify which ones they are.
M - Still learning about some parts of beer but lacing lasts though out all of the beer. The pepper notes are most dominant but not overpowering. They are countered well with the hops as well as the chai spices.
O - Very refreshing. Well balanced. Very tasty brew.
