I had this beer on-tap in a tulip glass at the brewery. They serve this with a lime garnish.
Appearance: pale yellow hue with actually quite a lot of haze for a lager. That said, it still looks pretty.
Smell: light malt aroma with a little bit of a yeasty character. Not too bad.
Taste: yeasty and malty with a hint of corn pops and a moderate bitterness. Very much what I think of as a "pre-prohibition" lager. Or, like, a hazy cream ale. Anyway, improbable as it sounds ... it actually works. I'm definitely enjoying this.
Mouthfeel: light body with a good carbonation and a decent creaminess.
Overall: actually a pretty refreshing lager. They also serve this with a lime, which doesn't hurt at all.
