Hailing from the Red Leg dojo, Ninja School is a crispy karate style lager. Brewed with toasted rice and Sorachi Ace hops, this refreshingly dry and pleasantly bitter crispy boi is the perfect training partner. Enjoy our kihon!

Pale, straw yellow body; nice carbonation; thick, foamy head, somewhat creamy in texture. Excellent aroma melding notes of lightly toasted grain, subtle spiciness and freshly cut grass. The taste mimics the smell; toasted grain with a light touch of hop bitterness. Medium body; warm and primarily dry.
This lager features Sorachi Ace hops. I didn't get much of a lemon note anywhere, but there is a bit of spiciness to be found in the beer. Well-rounded and tasty all the same.
