Appearance: Dark orange-brown. Head is one-finger. Quite lovely.
Smell: Complex – it leads with citrus and spice, some bread, pepper, and fruit.
Taste: There are definite from this Saison, with good esters: clove and banana.
Mouthfeel: Strong in a good way, clean, gentle carbonation. Alcohol is disguised nicely.
Drinkability: This is a Saison to be sipped gently. Kudos!
