Beercation in S.C. begins with frothy beard.
A hazy light tan beer with a small white head. Flavor is clean with distinct cucumber and thyme, finish is thyme and bready. Sons is a little funky, I think the thyme is throwing a rough Smokey thing, almost smells like smokers breath. All in all enjoyable, but the aroma needs work.

Draft and 22 oz. bottle from the brewery.
Hazy pale golden orange with a sturdy head and some drippy lacing around the edges.
Earthy aroma of cucumber and lightly herbal thyme, distinctive and unique, borrows from gin cocktails.
Taste has a moderate earthy bitterness, heavy cucumber root vegetable flavor. Refreshing as cucumber beers tend to be. Bitterness lingers in the dry aftertaste, seems to build over time. Not the most balanced but very tasty.
Promising beer from this newer brewery.
