On tap at CBC 2016 - day 2. Vinegar sounes, macerated grapes, tart, a bit of brown sugar.

Hazy, reddish brown in color with minimal off-white head. Cherry and lacto on the nose. Cherry and oak, with moderate tartness and a little funk. High carbonation and quite dry. Crisp and very drinkable.

Poured from a 750 ml unlabeled (of course) bottle at the Side Project Cellar. Really nice take on a Flanders Red - the sourness is dialed back a bit, which was a nice change of pace after the Fencerow.
