Blend of: Oude du Ble that was aged in French Oak for 1 year & then aged on Apricots + 14-Month-Old Foedre Beer + 2-year-old Missouri Spontaneous Blonde.

Perhaps past its prime. Poured hazy orange with no head. Smells of acidity and dried apricots ...and tastes very much the same. Very sharply sour, strong dried apricot notes, and no discernible funk. A good amount of acetic and lactic acid mixed with the fruit acids made for an intense puckering experience. My least enjoyable Side Project beer so far...which isn't saying much since I usually adore their offerings. Great mouthfeel though.
