I found the aroma quite dank compared to the bass and the blueprint. That good fermented fish fudge you get from Sumatran coffee. The least carbonated of the three for some reason. Way better than 2016 bcbcs because it's more complex, balanced, and attenuated

This is a phenomenal beer. The nose is a bit quiet, a bit stinging with alcohol, but taking a taste and this is a smooth, integrated beer, where the barrel notes meld cleanly with powerful coffee notes. Full of chocolate and vanilla notes, the coffee layers rich counterpoints of bitterness and acidity, producing a lush, full experience.
