16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 1/30/2018. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no astringent hop flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no yeasty notes present. Moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.8%. Overall this is an excellent IPL. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and easy to drink with the moderately bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Awesome Simcoe, Amarillo, Mosaic, Galaxy profile. Very juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; with a great clean pale malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. Held up amazingly for the age of the can, but was in a fridge the whole time; so that always makes a big difference.

this awesome can might be my favorite of the hoppy stuff i have had from shared so far! its a brilliant india pale lager type, insanely hop driven, but also really crisp and drinkable for how new school and dry hopped it is. rich and golden in the glass with a tall white head and a rush of brisk carbonation supporting it. i smell melons and mandarin oranges and wet fresh cut grass, laced with morning dew, not yet begun to dry out. its so fresh and fruity up front, with a honey note in the malt supporting it, and a crackery dry european type lager yeast cleaning it all up after just a quick flash of intensity, really interesting, and it all translates so well to the flavor, where lively citrus dances in the front and a gentle cereal malt complexion stays out of the way before the yeast whisks is all away off of my palate. awesome journey in this can, short lived as it is. a fantastic hop complexion, really highly dosed, drinks like an ipa but then it gets all crisp instead of oily and bitter at the end, a perfect example of this ipl style and its full potential. a really drinkable and delicious beer, i hope they keep up with the lagers!!!

Solid IPL. Crisp and clear, with fizzy bubbles. Super crushable. Big bright citrus candy hop aroma. Taste is a bit on the sweet side with the light lager malt body, but the hops keep it dank. Definitely a high scorer in the IPL category. Glad I got to snag some of these.

Pours a nice transparent gold with about two fingers of white head that dissipated quickly. More of a neutral smell. The hops give a faint fruit smell. Definitely doesn't smell bad, but doesn't hit too hard either. It's a nice light beer. I taste mango and a bit of bubblegum on the start and there isn't much of an after-taste. It's also smooth and very easy to drink. Definitely a beer you could have more than one and with a 5.8%, that's not a bad thing.
