Type 304 is the alloy of stainless steel our fermenters are made from & the exterior of the St. Louis Arch! American Blonde Ale dry-hopped with our old friends Cascade & Amarillo. Cold fermented with an English Ale strain & lagered for a month in stainless type 304.

Nice dry hopping made it a very pleasant golden ale. On tap at Side Project Cellar. Good drinkability. A good addition for drinkability to the tap list.
