another good hoppy one under this shared label, i really dug this, nice combination of hops and the rare absence of mosaic. i feel like anything being double dry hopped around the country right now has mosaic in it, a flavor that we all love, but one that is starting to get a bit samey, at least for me, so its cool to have some other players here. the citra and the el dorado both play super well with the nelson, and this is a real trifecta for me, full spectrum and just delicious. cantaloupe and lime and guava and orange and lemongrass all pop up in the nose and taste at different instances, and there really is an insane brightness to this. subtle white wine and kiwi fruit and even passion fruit too, but its nice and dry, fluffy from the starchy and protein heavy grains in it, but well uplifted by all the carbonation it has too. i know everyone is making hazy beer right now, and people like to say they love it or they hate it like they are all the same, but they really arent, there are good ones and bad ones, and this is a really good one. i could drink this every day. the nelson is money in it, and the overall quality is through the roof. this is made by people who know what theyre doing, and so so so so so many of these just arent. get your hands on it if you can!
