Batch 2
L -- Dark and nearly still
S -- Well, the name kind of gives it away... bourbon barrel, vanilla frosting, and ceylon cinnamon front and center. Raisin, cream cheese, black licorice, cardamom, anise
T -- Dark chocolate, bourbon, prune, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla bean, hint of char. Amazingly avoids being cloying despite the high gravity
F -- Thick and oily
O -- Hands down the most well executed cinnamon bun pastry stout I've had. Was really expecting it to be a sweet syrupy mess, and am really excited that it isn't

Blend 2 at Side Project Cellar 3/12/25. I didn't get a huge pour because I got the last 2 ounces left in the keg but what I did taste was pretty solid. Nice thickness and blend.
