Collaboration with de Garde Brewing

Oak-aged Missouri and Oregon wild ale with raspberries. Coexpressionalism is a collaboration brewed with our friend Trevor Rogers of de Garde Brewing in Tillamook, Oregon. This lambic-inspired beer expresses the house characteristics of both Side Project and de Garde by brewing a turbid wort with aged hops and fermenting it entirely in a French oak foedre with a blend of our cultures and our favorite Oregon red raspberries. After aging for 2 years, we naturally conditioned this blend for 6 months until it was ready to be shared with you.

Darker reddish body, one finger pink head. Really a nice change of pace. Tart, raspberry forward with lactic acidity common to both SP and dG. Crisp and mildly dry.
