Double dry-hopped Double IPA brewed exclusively with Freestyle Farms Nelson Sauvin hops.
We teamed up with our friends at Other Half Brewing in Brooklyn to bring you another Freaky Friday collab! While they brewed Daydreams and Fashion Shows a couple of weeks ago, we brewed All Nelson Everything - their single-hopped IPA series focusing this time on Nelson Sauvin hops from the wonderful crew at Freestyle Hops. We brewed their recipe and tried to match it as close as possible to be able to bring you a little Other Half flare to the midwest!

Hazy pale gold, but not fully opaque like the Sukoshi I had before it. This also has a taller off-white foam head, collapsing slowly to an airy, lumpy blob, leaving coral lacing all over the glass.
Sweeter than Sukoshi, making it a bit easier to drink, my true love nelson is present, but not as much as I'd prefer. It provides a nice peppery stroke on the palate, but is also a little more cannabic and resinous than the top nelson IPAs. Accents of tropical and citrus fruits, such as passion fruit, mango and triple sec, cap off the medium, lightly frothy body, finishing just paper dry.

Couldn’t pass up on one of my favorite hop varieties. The nose gives off dank, floral vibes balanced out by undertones of lychee & overripe fruit. Lightly hopped palate, w/ notes of mango and grapefruit. Finishes a little peppery. So crushable for 8.3%.
