Opaque pale corn milk yellow with a very tall off-white foam head that settles in spongy, airy bubbles clinging in copious cobwebs.
Smell is cannabic allium paired with sweet lemon meringue pie.
The moderately light but frothy body delivers that lemon curd with some biscuity malt that's quickly cut short by a dank bitter resin that nears aspirin before finishing powder dry.
Monkish-ish.

poured from a 16oz can into a large snifter. pours a hazy orange with two fingers of soapy white head. aromas of lemons, oranges, grapefruit and orange sherbet. taste follows with a huge explosion of oranges as well as a bitter hoppy grapefruit finish. it's fairly bitter and dry as it warms up. it has a milky, medium-full mouthfeel. finishes a touch thin. overall, love the hop combo here. this beer looks amazing and smells wonderful but it suffers a bit from that bitter grapefruit finish on the taste and the thinner finish on the feel. still, pretty solid DIPA.
