Double dry-hopped IPA brewed exclusively with Nelson hops.
We will continue to use the same fermentation, water profile and malt bill as we did for DDH Mosaic, DDH Citra, DDH El Dorado, DDH Galaxy and DDH Strata to try to educate and highlight each individual hop, with no other changes! Brewed exclusively with Nelson hops from Freestyle Farms.

poured from a 16oz can into a willi becher pint glass. pours a milky, hazy orange with a finger and a half of frothy white foam. grapefruit, white wine, orange citrus and resin / pine - classic nelson! taste follows with a punch of grapefruit followed by mango, white grape and pine. a medium-full, soft mouthfeel rounds out an extremely pleasant IPA drinking experience. had been waiting on nelson to make an appearance in this series since it started. great addition to this lineup.
