poured from a 16oz can into a veil willi becher pint glass. pours a clearer yet chill hazed darker orange. citrusy grapefruit and orange with lemon, lime and some grass on the nose. taste follows with a dry finish. it’s as much malty as it is hoppy and it’s as much bitter as it is juicy. medium-full mouthfeel with the aforementioned dry finish. this is very balanced with some NE IPA characteristics - juicy, citrusy - balanced out by some west coast qualities - on the bitter and maltier side. it’s damn tasty though and a change of pace for shared who seem to lean toward the haze. hopefully they’ll continue to use some of the green cheek attributes in the future.
