J' Adore, a wine barrel fermented Missouri saison, as blended with our great friend Chris Kinast of Perennial Lockwood. We opened up our barrel room, pulled nails, and came up with a blend of Missouri saisons which had rested in Oregon Pinot Noir puncheons for more than a year before being blended, bottled and shared with you.
