Reviewed from notes. Poured from a 32 oz. swing-top growler into a Cycle Brewing snifter glass.
A: Nearly clear gold, with a good amount of visible carbonation. A finger's worth of white head with pretty good retention caps things off.
A: Resin and citrus hops, light cracker malt. Appealing, but not huge or complex.
S: Citrus up front, backed up with resin, melon and spicy hops. A touch of tropical fruit as well. Light cracker malts add some sweetness, but the overall impression is hop-forward for sure. It has a clean lager finish with lingering spicy and dank hop-bitter.
M: Light-bodied and very low alcohol presence. Carbonation sensation is a little on the low side.
O: Clean and tasty IPL. Nothing in particular to set it apart or do much to excite me, but it's well done.
