Aroma: spicy with light fruity esters.
Flavor: spicy, fruity and dry.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied. Drying. Moderate finish.
Overall: very solid. Approachable for most drinkers. No funky Brett aromas or flavors. Well crafted. Enjoyed it.

Counter Pressure filled growler from Barrel and Barley in Woodstock, GA - $5.35 for 32oz.
A - Light straw colored, with a nice off white head. Solid lacing.
S - Hay, typical saison yeast strain esters. Very solid.
T - Lemon grass, a bit of spice, a few earth hop notes in the background and maybe a hint of belgian candy sugar sweetness. Very complex brew.
M - Semi-dry - outstandingly refreshing as it should be.
O - Fantastic saison. Like everything I've yet sampled from them it's killer. So excited we're going to start seeing it on this side of I-400.
