Served in a snifter. A deep golden orange with scant head. A little light on the aroma, but some funk along with the malty sweetness. The taste is nice: mainly sweet (almost too sweet) with some spice but not much funk. Not a complex flavor profile but very enjoyable. The body is good as is the carbonation. Overall I like it, but a more interesting and complex flavor profile would have been nice. In any case, it's good to have a beer like this made right here in Traverse City.

The first Belgian beer I tried in Traverse City, and it rocked me. Sweet, banana-ish, almost bubblegum like flavor, but incredibly easy drinking. A truly pleasant drinking experience, and my favorite beer at The Workshop. -Joe
