A - Hazy golden orange body, moderate white head, quick fading, and some stringy lacing.
S - Strong note of grape, minerality, and a hit of funk.
T - Follows closely the nose, lingering wine notes, pear and apple skin, a close with acidity, mild bitterness and a touch of horse blanket funkiness.
M - Brisk carbonation on the tongue, leaves a trace after the close.
O - A well-built wine-themed Saison, well integrated and quite tasty. Great job.

Pours a golden straw color with good carbonation and a light amount of lacing once the head dissipates. This fits the classic brett farmhouse mold of straw, horse blanket funk, lemony citrus and a touch of honey. The pinot noir ageing also lends a bit of grape must and tannin to the dry finish. Very well executed and pleasant for a summer evening.
