Just bought a 4-pack in Carmel (Indiana). Only my third from Taxman, but all have impressed. They live up well to their motto of "Belgian Inspired, American Crafted."
This Imperial Farmhouse ale is derived from their classic "Refund", which I now want to taste. The higher ABV both gives it appeal and is well-concealed. The burst of citrus hops makes this a very good spring saison, but its amber could make a three season saison (not for summer fare as has a heavy mouth without much bubbly for a saison.) I next will have Stimulus with food and give a fuller review.
6/14/22 Flag Day ! (Suitable for Taxman's sense of humor.) Enjoyed Stimulus with a simple veggie burger and asparagus. A good enough pairing with a simple meal. But Stimulus is so complex and Taxman's craft so good that I think I will finish the last two cans by themselves and count @ UnTappd.
