16 oz. Can
Canned On: 09/20/22
ABV: 7.1%

Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy yellow/orangy color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger white head, which also leaves some nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, pineapple, mango, guave, apricot, nectarine, peach), very nice diesel like. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, pineapple, mango, guave, apricot, nectarine, peach), very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV is hidden pretty well, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake!

Picked up a single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop cooler 7-8-20 for $1.99. Canned 6-11-20; consumed 8-31-20. Cold stored since purchase.

Beer poured golden orange with an okay white head that dissipated quickly.

Nose has a pleasant malt centric slant with a touch of citrus and tropical fruits.

Taste is nice, oat centric malt base lets the orange, gooseberry, and passion fruit shine thru. Finishes with a nice touch of gooseberry bitterness; 6/10 on my scale.

Mouthfeel is not overly refreshing but it is smooth.

Overall this is a nice affordable, quaffable IPA. Definitely worth your time and money!

CAN:

Fruit puree, dried citrus, pale malt. Softening wheat.

Not finding any overt vanilla, lactose sugar, or oats.

Balanced and enjoyable, but not amongst Odd 13's best.

12 oz can, canned on 10/3/18. Pours murky golden orange with a small white head that quickly goes to a thin dusting that leaves little lacing.

The aroma is sweet wheat malt and resiny fruity hops.

The flavor is sweet wheaty malt with earthy fruity resiny hops that have a tang in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and a bit watery.

Overall, a decent NE IPA.

Thanks, Chad!

Got this as part of a nice haul from Chad on his latest work trip to San Diego. Big fan of this brewery and was excited to try another one from them. Can description (among other things) read Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic for hops, my three favorite. Hoping for something in the 4.15-4.25 range.

Poured a pale murky color with one finger of fizzy off-white head, which dissipated quickly. A few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Bad lacing. Below average retention. (Sight - 3.00)

Smelled all three mentioned hops, in order Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra. Also pineapple, melon, passion fruit, tangerine, floral, papaya and Juicy Fruit. As always, the can added more pronounced smells, this time Simcoe and Mosaic. (Smell - 4.25)

Taste was just as good, maybe better. Got the three hops up front, in order buttery dry Mosaic, spicy Simcoe and Citra. Also citrus pulp, pineapple, papaya, guava, Juicy Fruit, tangerine, floral, orange blossom and grapefruit. (Taste - 4.25)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.50)

Just an excellent beer. Would like to have some more of this. (Overall - 4.25)
