A rich golden super hazy color
A nose of tropical hops
A mouth full of juicy hazy tropical freshness
Feels kind of rich full bodied like the feel of a mouth full of pineapple juice--almost a pulpness to it
With the high ABV I have to relish all those magical flavors slowly

Thanks, Nick!
Got this from Nick on his recent trip to San Diego. He always brings Odd13 and I’m always grateful. Overall I don’t think I give them enough credit. Two of the Odd13 beers he brought were Intergalactic Hunter brews, this one a 3.0 and the other one a 4.0, apparently different batches. Back of the can read, “Intergalactic Juice Hunter is a Double IPA hopped with Galaxy, and some other stuff. This is a pilot batch so anything we say right now is subject to change. Contains lactose.” So basically Galaxy and some other hops. Not the biggest Galaxy fan, but I like it with other hops. Was looking forward to trying the difference between the two beers.
Poured a pale hazy color with 1-to-2 fingers of frothy white head. Calm setting underneath. Very good uneven lacing. Decent retention. (Sight - 3.75)
Smelled Galaxy, Amarillo, pulpy orange juice, passion fruit, floral, orange sorbet, orange creamsicle, tropical fruit punch, guava and even maple syrup. More potent from the can with guava, mango, papaya, passion fruit and orange blossom. (Smell - 4.50)
Taste was almost as good. Got Galaxy, Amarillo, pulpy orange juice, passion fruit, floral, papaya, mango, orange creamscicle, tropical fruit punch, melon, cantaloupe and still that maple syrup. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Oily-to-creamy texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Juicy finish. (Feel - 4.00)
This was really good. I went back and forth on the smell, taste and overall, but really enjoyed this overall. (Overall - 4.25)

Dank. Classic Galaxy flavors. Grass, melon, tangerine, grapefruit pith and some pine resin. Cracker malt. I like the sweetness level. Drier finish. Real good.
