Pours clear, gold in color with 1/4 inch head and moderate carbonation. Taste is green apple, lemon, hay, and honey. Medium bodied, funky, and light bodied. Makes for a solid, above average, tasty saison. Glad I got to try this one.

Cloudy straw yellow body with light retaining head. Good looking saison. Good fruity yeast smell. Taste follows through with mild dryness.

Fruity, Estery, Spicy, Bold
Soul Glo offers what you’d expect in a Saison, namely a good use of Belgian yeast with a mouthful of ripe tropical fruit and medicinal phenols. It’s spicy and warming with a juicy middle. Overall it’s a big, bold Saison. Finally, another American brewer that gets what a traditional Saison is supposed to be. Thanks SoPro, for giving the style its due respect.
