Get My Levels Right was a SoPro taproom-only release in August 2020 on draft and in pint can 4-pks. Had poured from pint can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on "08/07/20," into pilsner glass.
Channeling a long-running American beer tradition, this light-gold "Pre-Prohibition Corn Lager" produces nearly a finger of fizzing near-white head which soon drops to a film, leaving hardly any lace. The aroma is huge sweet corn malt, melon and even a little tart fruit. The malt and melon combine on drinking for an experience reminiscent of the best cream ales, before a crisp dry finish brings you back to lagerland.
