Dry, crisp, and insanely drinkable. Pairs well with vacations, staycations, and thirst. If you want a lime that's acceptable.

SoPro's Mexican-Style Lager was a small-batch, SoPro Taproom-only release in April 2021 on draft and pint can 4-packs. Had poured from pint can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on "04/08/21," into pilsner glass.

Pours light lemon-gold with clarity and 1- to 2-finger creamy near-white head, with good retention, and leaving thick rings of lace down the glass. Initial aromas of mild hop spice and then bigger sweet malt give way to mild grassy, spicy and floral noble hop aromas. Begins with carbonation and mild dry malt, turning slightly sweet, before an intensely drying, crisp, slightly bitter finish.

As good as a Mexican-style lager can be.
