Gold Rush was released in the local market beginning in August 2021, in pint can 4-pks. Had poured from pint can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on "09/17/21," into into pilsner glass.
Pours light gold with clarity and 1 & 1/2-finger foamy near-white head, with excellent retention, which leaves nice rings of lace down the glass. Aroma of sweet malt off pour, and a little continuing Noble hop spice. Begins sweet pilsner malt, over mild carbonation, which carries into a little Noble hop spice, and then a flat bitter hop bite, before a crisp finish.
A straightforward, malty American lager, with a flat bitter element on the way to the crisp finish that you may find either a bug or a feature.
