Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a goblet glass.
Clear, pale gold colored body. White head persists as a thin cap. Leaves behind thicker lacing webs.
Aroma of fruity yeast esters.
Taste follows with fruity flavors - pear and apple. Grassy and flowery. Aftertaste is relatively short.
Medium mouthfeel. Dry and yeasty finish. Very good carbonation.
Slightly sweet, refreshing, and dry.
