16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy lace on the glass. It smelled of raspberry, orange, lemon and coriander. Flavor profile is dominated by raspberry and lemon. Nice zesty kick.

16 ouncer, with "PK 06/30/22" stamped on the bottom of the can.
Pours well clouded, amber with a hint of a reddish hue, lasting and loose slight cap, going to a thicker film. Leaving low ringed sheeting and spotty lacing.
Brett qualities of tart n funky fruit on the sniff.
Brightly flavorful brew, with notes of more then medium tart raspberries, and biting lemon/lime qualities. Delicious final pour full of nutty, earthy n yeasty qualities. Mighty fine stuff with a sour/sweet long lasting finish....go get some

Can pour @ Une Annee on 9/28/22; wasn't able to see the date.
Mostly opaque red/pink appearance.
Nice white head; frothy lace.
Raspberry, mild mint & faint clove notes in the nose.
Soft, medium mouthfeel.
Raspberry & mild mint flavors; mild clove notes on the finish.
Tasty, balanced & enjoyable. I'd have another!

Just released with 22 ratings on UnTappd, they style Summer as a Farmhouse-other; presumably because some Brett is used. But, Summer is only mildly tart and is a saison at heart. However, the citrus zest and coriander gives Summer a witbier quality. But, I stick with saison.
However for a saison, Summer Looks only slightly above average; mostly because the Brett suppresses typical foam. Smells are a fruit medley, led by the citrus; but their are raspberries and -- if you want to imagine -- autumn apples. Tastes are nicely tart; allowing for a balanced finish. This also makes Summer suitable at the table. I had this with a KC BBQ (sauce is sweet and thick) veggie burger. The tart moderated the sweet BBQ. This medium-mouth finishes almost semi-dry and, if I weren't eating, might be a tad too tart..
I'm a Big Fan of Une Annee'; having now 16 of their brews and their saisons and Belgians tend to be repeated often. But will I have Summer again? Three weeks Ain't much time with so many summer ales in the cellar. I think I'll have Summer next year.
