A: Hazy gold with a rich foamy head and good lacing.
N: Juniper, malt, and wheat tones.
T: Follows the nose, lots of juniper with some soft wheat to even out the juniper. Some malt on the finish.
M: Medium
O: A different flavor on this one, you have to enjoy juniper to really like this beer. Not my top pick but ok for a few.

Beautiful golden color with a white pillowy head. Smells sweet and spicy with that lovely saison yeast aroma, followed by a mint-like scent which I can only assume is the juniper. The juniper works so well with the traditional flavors of this beer. The feel is spot on...crisp, lively, smooth, balanced. Overall, this is just a wonderful Saison with a twist, and wish I had more than the one bottle! Cheers!

Appearance: Arrives with a clear honey color; the head is two fingers and retains nicely; some lacing remains
Smell: Bready, with funky phenols wafting
Taste: Bready, up front, with spicy phenols and juniper berry tones in the middle; somewhat peppery in the back
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: An interesting beer but not among my favorites from this brewery as I am not particularly fond of the juniper berry

Dusty lemongrass smell. Nice light citrusy hops. Pretty floral overall. 85.5/100
