Saison aged in French oak foeders. Brewed with water, malted barley, raw Sonoran White Wheat (Hayden Flour Mills), Brettanomyces and Noble hops.

Pours a golden-straw yellow with a white head. Initial aggressive head that quickly settles into a slight head that fully covers the surface and sticks around. Aroma is grapes, orchard fruit, some white pepper, and funk. Flavor follows suit. A light, crisp mouthfeel with a dry finish. Overall, typically not the flavor profile I care for but this beer definitely hit the spot on this uncomfortably hot day.
