Moderate head. Thick streaks after each sip. Hazy with a neutral gold color.
Nice Belgian yeast aroma but more subtle and neutral than most Saisons. Some fresh cut grass to the nose
More malty than yeasty, this is a softer Saison. Full bodied, particularly for the style. Higher carbonation as appropriate for the style. The finish is spicy but not overly bitter. This is a good introduction to the world of Saisons, meaning this is easy to drink for a neophyte.
