On tap at Hinesburgh Publick House.
The appearance was a fair pale yellow to orange color. Bartender's pour of white foamy head, not much, honestly, but good enough. Barely any lace.
The aroma had a nice blend of sweet and tart strawberry wrapping around mostly tart rhubarb notes.
The flavor takes the strawberry and rhubarb notes sweet and tart to meet together very nicely. Mild strawberry aftertaste with a lighter rhubarb note.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a pretty nice sessionability about it. Carbonation and ABV felt good. Semi-smooth strawberry to rhubarb tart and sweet finish.
Overall, pretty nice as a fruit beer though the brewer says it's a fruited gose, there wasn't any sour-ed wheat or saltiness. I'd still have again, preferably in the Summer.
