Candlepower pours a slightly hazy golden color with a vast, long-lasting head. The aroma is strong earth notes, flowers, dark spices, and raisins. The flavor is the same, very bold. Very nice fizzy feel. Overall, lots of flavors on a spicy saison.

I don't want to drink this everyday. I want a chef to pair it perfectly as part of one of those many-course tasting menus.
